WSI has been instrumental in helping our information technology partners manage the business challenges created by the rapid evolution of the industry. We have participated actively in this evolution -- from electronics and software development, to system development and integration, to advanced digital and enterprise networking, to web-based technology implementations -- and in the industry’s constantly changing marketing strategies.

Our customers bid on a wide range of IT and related technical services, system design and implementation, research and development, and facility operations programs. Many seek to win contracts for indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for acquisition, support, maintenance, training, software development, and other services.

Other customers are niche organizations that bid on specialized services and systems programs, such as health care delivery, biometrics, facility management, computer security, and telecommunications. All prepare proposals to federal civil and defense agencies, state and local governments, and commercial organizations.

To respond to each organization’s needs, we partner closely with customer staff who serve in business development, management, technical, and contractual roles. We join our expertise in proposal development to their core competencies to draw out solutions and present them effectively.

Many of our associates have industry experience in scientific and biomedical fields, policy analysis, internet development, technical training, and other disciplines. Others have in-depth knowledge of subjects such as quality assurance and IT industry standards, experience bidding to specific agencies, and in-depth knowledge of specialized technologies. We are comfortable with subjects that range from satellite deployment to business process reengineering.

We also offer access to graphics and multi-media design and development, technical writing and web design, and editorial and publishing support through strategic alliances with three organizations that specialize in these services.

Our specialty, though, remains linking our proposal development expertise with our customers’ subject matter expertise to develop a winning proposal.
