We have been privileged to contribute key members to numerous proposal teams over the years, helping our customers prepare responsive, successful proposals. Here are a few examples of recent activities:
For Hughes Information Systems, now part of Raytheon Systems Company, we supported a major proposal that won the Air Force Global Broadcast Service (GBS) contract (valued at $85 to $200 million). We supplied proposal writers, managers, editors, graphic artists, and production staff for this complex bid to design and build the ground portion of a system that will deliver high-quality video and other imagery to troops in the field as part of a global information network. Our 23-person team partnered with Hughes engineers, managers, and business personnel to develop and deliver a multi-volume proposal and oral presentation; we also helped prepare responses for two rounds of clarifications and for the best and final offer. We worked with the Hughes GBS capture team for more than six months and received special recognition at the subsequent win party.
For PRC Inc.,we joined forces with an in-house team to capture an award on the GSA FEDSIMs Millennia Program, a 10-year contract with a ceiling of $25 billion. Our team consisted of a proposal manager, who directed the proposal effort and also contributed to capture strategies, and several proposal writers. We focused particular attention on helping PRC showcase its past performance to cinch the award. Now, as one of a small, select group of Millennia contract holders, PRC is eligible to win continuing, sizable, long-term task orders for a full spectrum of information technology services from GSA and other federal agencies.
For DynCorp Enterprise Management, now part of DynCorp Information and Enterprise Technology, we helped staff a successful recompete of the $300 million Asset Forfeiture Program for the Department of Justice. Although a successful incumbent for 5 years, DynCorp faced substantial competition in retaining this 1,000+ employee contract, which supports the asset forfeiture requirements of more than 11 customer organizations nationwide. We supplied a proposal manager, several writers, a coordinator, and a graphic artist to supplement DynCorps program and capture team. The resulting large, full-color proposal featured both the knowledge and insight of an incumbent and the innovative approaches needed to recapture the program.
Many other success stories emerge from each years efforts. We are dedicated to our customers success on programs large and small. Working under tight deadline pressure -- often with brief availability of resource people and hard-to-find information -- we are committed to helping our customers discover and describe solutions that will help them win new business.
