Barbara Lovelace is the president and founder of Winning Solutions, Inc. With a 35-year career that spans writing and editing, publications and program management, sales, and marketing in small and large business environments, Barbara leads our busy organization throughout the year. The company grew out of her successful one-person consulting practice as a proposal manager and writer, starting in 1988. Her educational background includes B.A. and M.A. degrees.
Barbara’s knowledge of proposals dates to the late 1970s, when she first learned the art and science of proposal development from some of its early pioneers in the aerospace industry. She has participated in and contributed to the growth and systemization of emerging proposal processes through the past decades, embracing new tools and methodologies as they proved valuable.
